We’ve created the UK’s largest dumpling – a 1KG Northern Chinese dumpling stretching a whopping 30cm long, hand-wrapped in our signature Xi Home dough. It’s so big, we steam it first and pan-fry it to perfection – just to make sure every bite is juicy, crispy, and fully cooked.
